Information used by the service

We process information you provide when creating an account, contacting us, requesting a quote or placing an order. This can include your name, business, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, requested parts, order history, carrier-account instructions, drawings, uploaded files and project details. Our hosting and security services also process technical information such as IP addresses and request records.

Site feedback is reviewed by the MCP team. We retain the write-up, optional contact details, current page path and files you choose to attach so we can investigate and track improvements. The feedback form does not automatically capture screenshots, record your session or send feedback to AI services.

Why information is used

We use this information to operate accounts and saved projects, answer questions, prepare estimates and quotes, process and reconcile payments, review availability, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain business records.

Service providers and AI assistance

We use service providers for hosting and security, file storage, AI assistance, payment processing, shipping and communications. Information needed for those functions is processed by the relevant providers. Payments are handled through Foxy and its connected payment services, including PayPal; their notices also apply when you use those services.

When you use the parts assistant or submit a design for automated assistance, your messages and relevant design or file content may be sent to the AI services used to answer the request. Review suggestions before relying on them. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share or files subject to restrictions the service has not agreed to accommodate.

Cookies, saved lists and analytics

Essential cookies support account sessions. Browser storage keeps guest carts, quote lists, projects and privacy choices on your device. Optional Google Analytics measurement is loaded after analytics consent; advertising storage and advertising personalization are denied by this site's analytics configuration. When allowed, analytics measures site and workspace visits using fixed page labels, catalog views, cart additions, checkout starts, quote clicks and submitted inventory reviews. Public catalog part numbers, quantities, GA browser/session identifiers, completed purchase amounts and order references may be used for these reports. Contact details, uploaded design files, search text and advertising identifiers are not sent through this measurement. You can change the measurement choice using the Privacy choices button on the site. Clearing browser storage can remove guest work and saved preferences.

Access, correction and retention questions

Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to ask about account closure or deletion. We will review the request with any applicable order, accounting, security and recordkeeping requirements. Closing a browser or clearing guest storage does not delete submitted quotes, orders or files from our business systems.
