General website and ordering terms
Effective October 26, 2026. MCPMFG is operated by Midwest Control Products Corp. These general terms describe use of the website and its ordering tools. Product-specific notices, manufacturing acknowledgments, the applicable accepted quote and our warranty and return policy also apply. These pages do not replace individually agreed written terms.
Accounts, projects and submitted information
Provide accurate contact, order and project information. Keep account credentials private and submit only drawings, files and other information you are authorized to share. Guest work is saved in the current browser; account work and submitted requests are handled by the connected services. Review your part numbers, quantities, dimensions, materials, fit and application before ordering or requesting a quote.
Estimates, quotes and checkout
Configurator and AI-generated prices are estimates, not a released manufacturing quote. Review notices and engineering requirements apply. Checkout revalidates eligible catalog items, quantities, published prices, manufacturing terms and shipping information. Tax and freight are shown when available. A quote request or an item sent for review is not a paid order or a promise of availability.
If payment or receipt information appears inconsistent, contact us before paying again. A receipt alone does not establish shipment readiness; payment, order and fulfillment records must agree.
Inventory and built-to-order items
Inventory badges are periodically refreshed guidance, not stock reservations or guaranteed ship dates. Availability is checked again during checkout. Items marked Requires Review need MCP confirmation before purchase. Built-to-order items require the displayed manufacturing notices and terms to be acknowledged. Lead times depend on components and the production schedule; contact MCP before ordering if delivery is critical. Product-specific cancellation and return restrictions remain in effect.
Shipping
Checkout package dimensions and freight calculations are estimates; actual packed dimensions, service eligibility and any required review still apply. For customer-carrier-account shipping, you must be authorized to use the account and provide correct billing and service information. Zero prepaid freight means shipping is billed separately to that account, not that shipping is free. We verify the instructions before dispatch and contact you if they cannot be used.
Product information, application and returns
Drawings, models, previews and automated suggestions help communicate a design; they do not replace engineering review or the applicable product specifications. The buyer remains responsible for application suitability. Read all product warnings, including architectural and manufacturing notices.
Our existing warranty, application warnings, shipping-damage procedure and internet-order return policy remain unchanged. Contact us before returning a product; cancellation and a cancellation email are not proof that a refund has completed.
Website use and privacy
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or submit malicious files. Automated tools and previews can make mistakes or be unavailable. Review important results with MCP. See our privacy notice for information about accounts, files, service providers, browser storage and analytics choices.
